Christmas Tree Lighting Events Near Schenectady,Ny 2024. Our annual stockade association tree lighting will be held on sunday, december 4, at 5:30pm at lawrence circle. A two day event following thanksgiving, lite up the village will kick off the holiday season in lake george by flipping the switch on over 5,000 christmas ligths.
